**The Position**

An organisastion currently going through a strong growth phase is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to lead a medium sized payroll team. Our client is located in Brisbane's southern suburbs and requires someone to commence in a permanent full-time position.

**Key Responsibilities**

As the Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for managing the payroll lifecycle to ensure the timely pay schedule for each employee. You will contribute to the strong team culture of collaboration while ensuring the payroll team thrives in their individual development and growth.

Reporting directly to the CFO and overseeing a medium sized team, the role will include but not be limited to:

- Leading and managing the end to end payroll and team;
- Assisting the Payroll team with processing as and when required;
- Ability to ensure that the organisation's payroll is in conducted in accordance with all relevant EBA's and awards;
- Maintain administration of all payroll records are kept up to date.

**Skills and Experience**
- Experience in end to end payroll management;
- Experience leading and maintaining a payroll team;
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy;
- Experience interpreting and advising on multiple awards;
- Strong ERP systems experience.
