**The Role**

This is a full-time position - $70k-$90k package (based on experience) plus bonus and commission, reporting into the Manager for Technical Engineering and sitting within this delivery group, your responsibilities will include:

- Working on retained search assignments from initial client brief to interview stage, helping to understand and develop requirements and search criteria.
- Working collectively to identify strong talent and utilising relevant search platforms and job boards to uncover exceptional talent.
- Engaging with strong talent, walking through job brief and USPs in order to gain interest from the market to build out shortlist.
- Developing client presentations and working collaboratively to build out the strongest most relevant talent for our clients.

**Your Background**

In order to be successful in this role you will be:

- Degree qualified in a relevant field that is recognised to Australian education standards (business, commerce, science or engineering).
- Strong experience within recruitment or a relevant field such as Sales; proven experience working with clients and building solutions to achieve technical outcomes will be critical to this role.
- Experience within engineering or technology will be advantageous, knowledge or an interest in high tech/emerging technologies will be a plus.
- Must have strong communication skills and proven organisational skills, ability to work autonomously on search assignments will be essential.
- Must be highly organised and able to handle multiple tasks at once.
