- Full-time, Fixed Term position until August 2026- $103,603 - $112,144 + 17% Superannuation and Flexible Working Arrangements- Based at the Melbourne CBD campus, and hybrid ways of working

About You

Join a dynamic and collaborative team at RMIT as a Coordinator, Agent Management In this pivotal role, you'll support the global agent network by coordinating contracts, managing commission processes, and ensuring compliance across a diverse portfolio of international education agents. With a strong focus on data accuracy, stakeholder communication, and project coordination, you'll play a key role in onboarding new agents, maintaining agent relationships, and supporting marketing initiatives such as newsletters and webinars. This is a varied, hybrid role ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail, a customer service mindset, and a passion for working in a fast-paced, globally connected environment.

To be successful in this position, you’ll have:
- Demonstrated experience in education, customer service, and/or general administration roles, with a preference for those with experience in International Education.- Excellent administration and project coordination skills, with the ability to support projects/events through to completion in accordance with agreed standards and timeframes.- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to interact with a diverse range of stakeholders.-
- Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively as an effective member of a team.- Ability to exercise high levels of independence, judgement, and initiative.
