About the Role

We're looking for a dynamic Content Designer to join our team and make a meaningful impact through exceptional design. In this role, you'll craft eye-catching, story-driven visual content that highlights our people, projects, and initiatives, positioning us as leaders in design.

You'll produce graphics, presentations, submissions, reports, and other communication materials that elevate our brand. As a brand champion, you'll ensure our style guidelines are consistently applied across the practice.

As part of our vibrant national Communications team, you'll manage photography shoots, oversee image production and editing, and maintain our digital image library. Additionally, you'll handle branded merchandise and the production of printed materials. Your work will be integral to our brand's success and influence.

About You

You are a seasoned graphic designer with a flair for creating visual content that captivates and communicates brand messaging effectively. With at least 4 years of experience, either in-house or at an agency, you excel in both photography and editing, bringing a passion for innovation to your work.

You will have:

  • A natural ability to inspire audiences through compelling visual content.
  • Experience in photography and editing, enhancing the quality of your work.
  • A strong passion for innovation and a commitment to applying best practices in content production.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to prepare and process project briefs effectively.
  • Motivation and the ability to prioritise, plan, and manage competing and changing deadlines.
  • Proficiency in the full Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office, and Canva.
  • A genuine interest in the built environment, design, sustainability, and the future.
