**The Role**

Crown is the ultimate destination for elevated experiences, with a vast array of casual offerings to more premium settings. We have something to suit everyone.

We’re seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join the Main Gaming Floor as Bar Supervisors. We currently have opportunities across the following venues:

- Crown Perth Sports Bar
- Snax
- Groove Bar

In this role, you’ll provide joyful experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as:

- Providing operational support across the Food & Beverage outlets on the Main Gaming Floor
- Demonstrating leadership to team members

**About You**

You’ll bring the following:

- Previous leadership experience in a high-volume environment
- Availability to work across a rotating roster with 24/7 avaliability
- Co-ordination of day-to-day operations
- Demonstrating leadership to team members
- Providing excellent customer service
- Ensuring guest satisfaction through time management and multi-tasking

**Additional Information**:
To be successful, you’ll:

- Hold or willing to obtain a current Approved Managers License

This role requires you to:

- Work across a rotating roster of morning, daytime, evening and night shifts
- Have minimum 1 year previous leadership experience in a busy environment
