Accounts Allrounder and Inventory Controller

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Allrounder to join our dynamic team. This position requires strong expertise in all facets of accounts with exposure to everything from raising of Purchase orders, Receipt of goods, Inventory control, Invoicing, General Ledger and even Payroll.

**Responsibilities**:

- Raise purchase orders with suppliers, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
- Efficiently manage the receipt of goods into our system, ensuring all items are accounted for and recorded accurately
- Monitor the Material Requirements Planning (MRP) system and recommend purchase decisions based on usage and current stock levels
- Process sales orders accurately and in a timely manner
- Utilise advanced Excel and Word skills for data analysis and report preparation
- Collaborate effectively with the purchasing and inventory team to ensure seamless operations

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in raising purchase orders with suppliers
- Extensive knowledge and experience in receipt of goods and inventory control processes
- Strong understanding of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and inventory management principles
- Proficiency in sales order processing and administration tasks
- Exposure to Xero preferred but not essential
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel and Word for data analysis and reporting
- Ability to work effectively in a close working team environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
