- Remote Eligible: Hybrid- Onsite Location(s): Mascot, NSW, AU**ABOUT THE ROLE**
This Compliance Specialist role approx 12 Month FTC provides compliance advice and support on Compliance matters impacting the ANZ business. In this role, you will liaise with multiple stakeholders including sales and marketing teams, the ANZ leadership team, the APAC legal and compliance team and external stakeholders.
You will be responsible for maintaining the ANZ compliance control environment and providing day to day compliance support to the business.
**WHAT WILL YOU BE REPONSIBLE FOR?**
- Maintain a thorough working knowledge of internal compliance policies and industry code of practice
- Partner with relevant stakeholders to implement the ANZ compliance program and address the local specific risks of ANZ
- Responsible for approval process and documentation of local compliance policies and standard operating procedures
- Responsible for internal approvals relating to interactions with health care professionals, capital equipment and other matters in line with policy and other requirements.
- Support the Global Compliance and Audit teams when conducting audits for ANZ
- Work with Global and APAC Compliance Business Partners regarding compliance management and initiatives
- Identify gaps in current processes, develop solutions to enhance compliance, and collaborate with local and regional compliance team to develop and deploy training
- Facilitate updates to the business and senior management on compliance priorities
- Oversee, maintain and execute the ANZ Monitoring Program
- Prepare and provide training as per ANZ training program and distribute compliance communications to business as per ANZ communication plan
