**OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE POSITION**

The Account Executive - Ground Handling will assist the Director in managing key activities, supporting commercial projects and playing a crucial role in the coordination of operations.

You will have the opportunity to work on various national projects, participate in start-ups and contribute to the smooth running of the ground handling division.

**PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES**
- Manage the Director’s calendar including booking travel and accommodation
- Organise meetings, take minutes and ensure effective communication with stakeholders
- Assist in the scheduling and execution of recurring client meetings across the country
- Provide general administrative support to the Director
- Participate in allocated projects and commercial activities including start-ups and expansions
- Create, design and deliver presentations and proposals for internal and external audiences
- Travel to various locations to support the Director as needed

**ESSENTIAL CRITERIA**
- Bachelor’s degree in Aviation, Management, Business or a related field
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage large datasets
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint (intermediate to advanced level)
- Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team
- Detail-oriented with excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to prioritise and meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
