**About You**:
As a Cleaning Operations Support, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth functioning of our cleaning operations. Your primary focus will be on maintaining cleanliness standards, optimizing cleaning runs, training and upskilling our cleaning team, and contributing to our growth and expansion efforts.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Perform hands-on cleaning duties to maintain cleanliness standards.
- Lead the construction and refinement of cleaning runs to ensure efficiency and reliability.
- Train and upskill new cleaners on techniques, safety procedures, and equipment usage.
- Manage and maintain cleaning chemicals, equipment, and supplies.
- Establish and enforce quality control measures to uphold cleanliness standards.
- Identify opportunities for growth and expansion and collaborate with management to execute strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a cleaning role preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively train and upskill others.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules.
- A valid driver's license and owns a reliable car.
- Valid Police Check

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
