Seeking experienced Administrator Operations Controller to join our team

SKG Services are a major provider of soft services offering Cleaning, Maintenance and Security.

Your role is to support the operations team to deliver results by continuously providing superior customer service to our clients.

Key responsibilities that will be fundamental to your role not limited to include:

- Client support/ Help Desk
- Monitor client, SKGenius and external portals
- Correlate information and statistics from the Customer Service Managers, Clients and Cleaning teams to provide to the General Manager Operations for reporting purposes
- Assist in the development and monitoring of Periodical calendars
- Client Engagement Calls to assess customer and staff satisfaction
- Communicate and monitor updates, alerts and training to cleaners and service providers keeping records
- Monitor and action WHS compliance responsibility and initiatives
- Action and close off work orders, organizing the most appropriate provider
- Manage the inbox of the General Manager Operations and provide administrational support
- Develop and update equipment register, compliance, site lists etc
- Incident and accident, workers comp claims reporting
- Support and assist with ongoing inductions and site-specific training
- Update training matrix and client requirements

Key Competencies
- Communication and customer service skills
- Ability to gather information and statistics and compile reports
- High level organisational skills
- Ability to prioritise and make effective decisions based on company process
- Knowledge and understanding of Quality, Environment and WHS systems
- A high level of competency with Microsoft Office

**Salary**: From $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
