**Overview**:
A leading private psychiatry practice, specializing in providing exceptional healthcare services to Veterans, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Client Liaison Manager (CLM) to join their team. This is an opportunity to contribute to a meaningful cause while working in a supportive and flexible environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate and manage client scheduling for psychiatric assessments and consultations.
- Create, update, and maintain accurate client records and documentation.
- Liaise between medical staff, clients, and external stakeholders.
- Deliver high-quality customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
- Use CRM and Patient Management Software to track and report on client interactions.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and care.
- Maintain an organized, efficient administrative system.
- Ensure accuracy by conducting quality assurance checks on reports.
**Essential Skills and Experience**:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical administration, preferably in psychiatry or veteran healthcare.
- Experience working with the Department of Veterans Affairs is highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience with CRM and Patient Management Software is advantageous.
- Previous experience with medico-legal reports is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
**Key Requirements**:
- Previous administration experience is essential, ideally in medical admin.
- DVA experience is desirable but not essential.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a must.
- Strong communication skills and exceptional attention to detail.
