**What you will bring to the role**

- Experience building marketing campaigns that deliver on commercial outcomes and can work well with product and other marketing teams to develop and optimise campaigns and customer experience
- Broad technical understanding of the wealth industry is a plus
- Experience in lifecycle or CRM marketing, with a focus on data-driven customer journey optimization and data-driven strategies
- Expertise in understanding and using Adobe Journey Optimizer and similar customer journey management tools
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and technology
- Appropriate tertiary qualifications or preparedness to undergo studies in marketing or relevant commercial degree and/or experience
