The Role

We're seeking a Private Wealth Adviser to partner with the firm's 2IC in managing and growing a sophisticated client base of high-net-worth individuals and family groups.

You'll take the lead in conducting reviews, refining strategies, and guiding clients through every stage of their financial journey from wealth creation to intergenerational planning.

This role offers true ownership and influence within a respected boutique, along with a clear and genuine pathway to equity as the firm continues to expand.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering strategic, holistic advice to HNW clients and family groups
  • Conducting client meetings and portfolio reviews with confidence and clarity
  • Developing and implementing tailored investment and wealth strategies
  • Exploring innovative solutions and opportunities to enhance client outcomes
  • Strengthening long-term client relationships through trust and insight

What We're Looking For

  • FASEA-approved qualifications with 2–3 years' experience as an adviser
  • Passion for comprehensive, client-centric financial advice
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills
  • High attention to detail, sound judgement, and commercial acumen
  • A genuine commitment to excellence and a long-term career in private wealth
