RC Construction WA Pty Ltd is a growing civil contracting company servicing the civil infrastructure, Defence, water, mining & resources sectors with various ongoing projects running throughout Western Australia. We have a new opportunity for an experienced **Metro based Safety Advisor.**
You will demonstrate proven experience across a range of projects including earthworks, concrete and civil works.

**The role**:
- Develop, update, implement and drive safety procedures, policies, systems and processes.
- Provide support and services associated with Health, Safety and Environment matters to the Project Manager and the project Team
- Coordinate site based occupational health, safety, and environment activities to ensure the competence and well being of people, the integrity of equipment, and the safe handling of materials.
- Stay up to date with legislative changes and ensure the company remains compliant.
- Ensure that all personnel and subcontractor personnel are adequately instructed concerning safety procedures and systems and that these are complied with.
- Conduct safety investigations, prepare reports and recommendations, and implement corrective and preventative actions.
- Develop, Conduct Monthly Toolbox Talks
- Conduct regular workplace inspections.
**Key Requirements**:
- C-class license is required
- Relevant HSE/WHS qualification
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in health and safety or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices, including OSHA, ANSI, and ISO 45001.

**Salary**: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
