Which means it’s ok to wear jeans and trainers in our fantastic office if you want.- In this newly created 12 month contract, you will be part of the People & Culture team, where you will partner with our customers to help attract, engage, and hire top talent from diverse backgrounds to Zurich, to support the business deliver strong outcomes.- You will assist with our vision ‘to create a brighter future together’, by supporting with the TA Strategy and our key team priorities, which include our employer brand, sourcing, digital and our diversity agenda.The People & Culture team work with each business unit to make Zurich a great place to be. The P&C team has ~30 team members and comprise of BU HR, Performance & Reward, Health & Wellbeing, Payroll, Service/Operations, Talent & Diversity, and Talent Acquisition.

You have in-house or RPO recruitment experience from a large Corporate. It would be beneficial to have Insurance or Financial Services industry experience, but this is not a must. Having Success Factors ATS experience would be ideal, but again not a must.
