Ozcare has an exciting opportunity for a recruitment specialist to join a developing team as a Talent Acquisition Consultant.

**Your Role**

As part of the centralised recruitment team, you will provide a variety of talent acquisition functions to support the growth and development of Ozcare locations across Queensland. This will include:

- Developing relationships with internal managers to ensure all job requisitions are understood and relevant expectations are set
- Preparing and maintaining documentation and information which supports the full employee lifecycle such as advertising, offers of appointment, and staff transfers

**Role Requirements**

As the Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will ideally have a background in talent acquisition, recruitment, or human resources, with an interest in developing your career in these areas. Therefore, you will ideally have the following qualifications/skills:

- A relevant qualification in Business Management, Humans Resources, Administration or similar
- The ability to build and maintain relationships with multiple stakeholders through superior verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated high standard of customer service for a positive representation of the Ozcare brand and business operations
- Demonstrate a high standard of personal and professional behaviour consistent with Ozcare's values of Integrity, Respect, Empathy and Compassion
- The ability to effectively prioritise and manage competing tasks as a part of the full recruitment process
- Strong administration and written communication skills with excellent attention to detail
- Demonstrated high level computer literacy with Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and SharePoint
- Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition would be desirable
