We are recruiting an experienced QA Administrator to be based at our Dampier Bulk Handling Facility project in Karratha.

As a Quality Administrator, you will support the Project Quality Manager by providing essential administrative assistance. This role involves coordinating Quality documentation, managing systems, and ensuring compliance with regulations. By maintaining communication channels and supporting Quality policies, the Quality Administrator helps promote a culture of Quality, safety and environmental responsibility within the project.

- Document Management
- Reporting, data entry and record-keeping
- Meeting coordination
- Training administration
- Supplier and Contractor documentation
- Communication Liaison

- Administration assistance
- System maintenance
