**About the Company**
O’Brien Electrical & Air Conditioning Mount Barker is a family owned business located in the Adelaide Hills. We provide a wide variety of services to the residential, commercial and industrial sectors throughout Australia.
You will have the opportunity to maintain and grow a high level of client satisfaction with accurately and swiftly delivered service, whilst providing support to field technicians.
**As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for**:
- Managing the complete administration function and maintaining the branch
- Being the first point of contact for clients, suppliers, and employees
- Allocation of jobs to tradespersons (using online systems)
- Issuing purchase orders, stock control and invoicing
- Maintaining working relationships with clients, contractors, and prospective clients
**To be successful in this role you will need**:
- Previous Office Administration Management experience (trade environment preferable)
- Experience using SimPRO an advantage
- To be honest, reliable, and conscientious
- Initiative and ability to work independently
- The ability to complete all works in a compliant and timely manner
- Good customer service skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to look for continuous improvement
- Strong safety focus and abiding by company and site safety processes
- The skills and knowledge to work well under pressure
