O’Brien Electrical & Air Conditioning Mount Barker is part of O’Brien Group - Australia’s leading plumbing and electrical services company, offering professional services Australia-wide.
You will have the opportunity to work within an existing team in a diverse project and commercial services sector. You will work towards client satisfaction with accurately and swiftly delivered service. We are currently looking for an Administration Officer for our thriving trades business, with an immediate start.
**As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for**:
- Managing the complete administration function (including supporting admin staff)
- Being the first point of contact for clients, suppliers, and employees
- Allocation of jobs to tradespersons (using online systems)
- Accounts receivable and payable
- Invoicing and quoting
- Maintaining working relationships with clients, contractors, and prospective clients
**To be successful in this role you will need**:
- Previous Office Administration Management experience (trade environment preferable)
- Experience using Xero & SimPRO an advantage
- To be honest, reliable, and conscientious
- Initiative and ability to work independently
- The ability to complete all works in a compliant and timely manner
- Good customer service skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to look for continuous improvement
- Strong safety focus and abiding by company and site safety processes
