Foreign Exchange Sales Consultant

Exciting opportunities have arisen in our Victorian operations to build a career with one of the most successful independent retail foreign exchange groups. We are dedicated to developing the skills of individuals and helping them achieve their goals.
The role involves providing first-class customer service to international travelers by buying and selling foreign currency. You will be responsible for:
- Servicing customer enquiries and securing FX deals
- Building customer rapport and encouraging repeat business
- Performing daily branch duties
Additional Information:
- Previous Retail or Customer Service experience is essential
- Excellent communication skills and negotiation abilities are required to help customers understand their foreign currency needs
- The ideal candidate will have a flair for sales, promoting our services while working towards targets. The role suits self-motivated, energetic individuals who adhere to procedures
- We offer in-depth training, competitive pay, and an exciting incentive scheme for achieving sales targets
- Ability to work under pressure is necessary
- Hours: 38 hours per week, working 5 out of 7 days between 8:00 am and 9:00 pm
- You must be eligible to work in Australia
