**The Role**

We are seeking a dynamic **Operations Manager** to lead and drive performance across our concrete operations. Reporting to the General Manager (NSW), you will oversee production teams across multiple sites, ensuring operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and commercial success.

**Responsibilities**
- Lead and develop production teams across concrete operations
- Drive a strong safety-first culture and ensure WHS compliance
- Collaborate with sales, logistics, and technical teams to optimise performance
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Manage cost controls, quality, and operational KPIs
- Develop and implement strategic plans, including a 5-year capital plan
- Lead recruitment, training, and workforce planning initiatives

**What you will need to succeed**:

- **Proven leadership in heavy industry or concrete/aggregates operations
- Strong knowledge of WHS, environmental, and quality standards
- Financial acumen and experience managing budgets and KPIs
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field
- A commitment to building a high-performing, inclusive team culture
