Terratest has worked on thousands of Projects over 60 years and we are seeking an experienced and capable Engineering Operations Manager to join us in overseeing our operations in Sydney (Silverwater).

**Expectations of the role**:

- Develop and deliver resourcing and equipment plans
- Undertake Project Management of tasks and activities
- Undertake training and mentoring of other staff to ensure competency with equipment and engineering aspects of their duties.
- Coordinate new equipment and development of existing
- Act as a WHS leader and provide support and implementation of Health & Safety programs
- Facilitate project design reviews to meet specific Project requirements
- Lead the drive in developingnew innovation

**Minimum requirements**:

- Proven work experience in administration and operations in the Drilling industry
- Experience with a variety of Drilling equipment and site geologies
- Strong organisational skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail

Salary - $100K per annum

**Salary**: $100,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Silverwater NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
