We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join our team at the head office and drive operational excellence across our franchise network.

**Position Summary**: The Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of our franchise network, ensuring all locations meet the company's standards for quality, service, and profitability. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a passion for continuous improvement. The Operations Manager will work closely with franchisees to implement best practices, drive operational efficiencies, and support the overall growth and success of the business.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Operational Oversight**: Manage and oversee daily operations across all franchise locations; ensuring adherence to company standards and procedures.
- **Franchise Support**: Provide guidance and support to franchisees, addressing operational challenges and facilitating solutions.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure product quality and consistency across all locations by conducting regular audits and inspections, ensuring adherence to the franchise guidelines.
- **Training and Development**: Develop and implement training programs for franchisees and their staff to ensure high levels of customer service and operational efficiency.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Monitor and analyse franchise store performance, sales data, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement action plans accordingly.
- **Compliance**: Ensure all franchise locations comply with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- **Marketing Support**: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies for franchise outlets to increase brand visibility and driving sales.
- **Communication**: Maintain open and effective communication between the franchisor and franchisees, and other stakeholders to foster strong working relationships.

**What We're Looking for**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop others.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Has meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to drive and travel as needed to support franchise locations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suites.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
