**Description**:
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Deliver high performing, profitable branch locations in the assigned Area.
- Lead, develop, mentor and motivate a superior team capable of dealing with growth, operational challenges and industry dynamics
- Make informed strategic plans & decisions to deliver optimal business performance
- Lead your team to ensure they effectively align operating costs and sales revenue to manage operations
- Ensure all branches hire activities are completed in accordance with Onsite Policies, Procedures, and processes
- Monitor and maintain customer service excellence at area and branch level ensuring that all customer issues are expediently acted upon & resolved
- Attract and retain a competent team to meet business requirements.
- Maintain transport and service procedures
- Monitor labour and logistics costs
- Maintain professional working relationships with key stakeholders.
- Work closely with the Regional Sales Manager (and their team) to ensure effective management & support growth across the area
- Support the preparation of major tenders & projects
- Provide management and leadership in liaising with major customers on issues relating to product, delivery and price
