We have an exciting opportunity for an **Internal Sales Representative/Delivery Driver **to join our team. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operation of internal sales function within the branch to achieve sales targets and sustainable profitable growth in a manner consistent with the Toowoomba Welding Supplies (TWS) & Coregas brand and to comply with the Coregas Management System (SMS, QMS & cGMP).

**What you will be doing**
- Providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring high customer satisfaction levels and maximising sales opportunities.
- Support the sales team with account management.
- Coordinate sales office activities and administration tasks as and when required.
- Ensure that all internal sales admin functions comply with QA processes and procedures.
- Safely loading and unloading of gas cylinders including some heavy manual handling for customer orders
- General manual handling and maintenance
- Carry out all work safely and in accordance with correct operating procedures

**What we need from you**
- Qualification in Business Administration Diploma/Certificate is preferable.
- Demonstrated experienced in a retail, sales, or customer service environment, ideally from a trades/industrial background.
- A passion for providing excellent customer service and achieving sales targets.
- Demonstrated ability of working safely, being accountable, acting ethically, and treating everyone with respect
- Demonstrated ability to work well both in a team environment and independently.
- Knowledge of the gas and welding industry and safety requirements would be preferred
- Strong computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office and business ERI systems
- Willing and able to work in a fast-paced environment, where you will be on your feet most of the day.
