Deli Chicchi is a busy Western Suburbs cafe is in need of an experienced Cafe Manager to join the team.

This is a full-time and long-term position in a 7-day operation opening from 6.30am - 3pm

Role and Responsibility:

- Managing and control the entire staff, to include kitchen, baristas and waiting staff;
- Hiring, training and rostering staff;
- Planning the menus in collaboration with the Chefs;
- Monitoring and managing of the budget and report of it to the Owner;
- Ordering of stocks and goods, maintaining record of it;
- Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment, following health and safety guidelines, be COVID responsible;
- 2 years+ of management experience;
- Good knowledge of the coffee world;
- Have good communication skills and attitude;
- Ability to work as part of a positive team and contribute to a positive team environment;
- Be punctual

Salary offered: $ 54,000 - $ 58,000

Location: Mount Claremont, WA

38 hours per week, working 5 days from 7 including most weekends.

**Salary**: $54,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
