**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and lead a team of baristas, servers, and support staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
- Ensure the highest standards of customer service are maintained, fostering a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for all patrons.
- Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase profitability while maintaining cost control measures.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner, striving to resolve issues to the satisfaction of all parties involved.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless coordination between front and back-of-house operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a cafe or restaurant setting.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-centric approach.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Solid understanding of cafe operations, including food and beverage preparation, menu development, and inventory control.
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer skills.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
- Flexible schedule, including availability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
