**Quality Business Partner Aged Care**
Mayflower is seeking an Aged Care Quality Improvement Partner to join our growing team in
a Full-time capacity.
This role will be positioned across our Bayside region and Homecare Support with flexible
working options available.
**About the role**
- Support managers and staff with compliance through expert knowledge
in the area of accreditation and risk management processes.
- Drive audit process, relying on high level analytical skills to identify trends
- Assist in the development and implementation of action plans.
- Review and manage policies and work practices across the organisation.
- Promote the achievement of quality outcomes for the Mayflower Group in all aspects
- of care and service delivery.- Participate in the further development of Mayflower’s quality framework.
- Promote compliance with the relevant Acts, legislation, regulations, codes and
- standards for the Mayflower Group.- Identify opportunities to initiate and implement innovative projects and programs to
facilitate best practice in resident care and seniors living outcomes.

- Division 1 Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Continuous Improvement or Compliance role
- in the aged care industry.- A current driver’s license.
- NDIS worker screening check or the ability to obtain one.
- Demonstrated understanding of the principles of continuous improvement and- Proven understanding of the aged care quality standards and experience
with accreditation.
