**The Company**

Our client is a leading retail brand who are seeking a Senior HR Advisor to join their expanding firm in Inner-West on a full-time permanent contract. Reporting directly to the group HR Manager, this is an excellent opportunity for a confident and knowledgeable HR advisor to oversee the day-day HR operations and partner closely with their Business Stores, Regional Managers and support Office Personnel.

**The Role**

Key responsibilities include:

- Supporting and advising managers and team members on employee relations, industrial relations, performance management and recruitment and selection.
- Coaching Managers on complex employment advice within the full remit of the employee life cycle.
- Leading the way in the recruitment and interview process including but not limited to posting vacant positions, liaising with applicants, scheduling interviews.
- Providing guidance and support on Enterprise Agreement interpretations.
- Manage complex ER/IR matters.
- Conduct investigations on employee relations issues including grievances and disciplinaries and advises appropriate action.
- Champion and support managers with the performance review process to ensure a culture of high performance. Provide coaching to line managers in handling performance and conduct issues.
- Assist in talent development and succession planning.
- Assist in organisational design, restructuring and change management.
- Assist in strategic workforce planning, culture & engagement planning.
- Leads on HR projects within the department by researching, designing, implementing and delivering 'best practice' HR projects.
- Advocate a positive and engaged environment whilst operating with authenticity, creativity and proactivity.

**The Individual**

To be successful in this role, you will have 3-5 years of HR advisory experience, a degree or diploma in HR and experience in a high volume-fast paced environment
