- About the RoleReporting to the Superintendent Integrated Planning you support Copper South Australia with robust development of production forecasts for the asset. By working closely with stakeholders across the broader Copper South Australia asset you will be key in optimising production for the region.

**_This is an Adelaide-based position, with travel to our sites required._**

In this role you will:

- Coordinate the development of the integrated CuSA production forecast and budgets, primarily focused on the Month +1 to +24 time frame
- Establish stakeholder reviews to validate and update data inputs, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
- Perform production reporting across the asset on a weekly, monthly and ad hoc basis
- Management of the Major Events Calendar (MEC) and NON BOM forecasting
- Identify gaps between capacity and demand with operational stakeholders to understand root cause, develop and implement recovery plans (daily, weekly, quarterly horizons as well as gaps to budget).
- Validation that capacity modelling is realistic, while identifying and optimising Asset and operational bottlenecks.
- About You- Tertiary qualified Engineering, Finance or Business (Chemical Engineering or Metallurgy advantageous)
- Working exposure to theory of constraints
- Highly competent with Microsoft Suite - especially Excel and PowerPoint
- A strategic thinker, solution orientated
- Demonstrated ability to balance tactical deliverables with a strategic outlook
- Ability to effectively manage multiple stakeholders across multiple areas and business functions
- Commercial acumen and demonstrated ability to understand business drivers
- A commitment to health, safety and the environment through Leadership
