**About the Role**:
Your role will have significant engagement with community, Elders, Traditional Owners, the regional offices, the schooling system and other key leaders/stakeholders across the state.Your wealth of experience, knowledge and passion for projects, school pathways, career pathways that support First Nations students to thrive, will be invaluable to the role.

**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Lead and participate in planning, implementation and review of a range of projects that foster high quality teaching practice, instructional leadership, effective school administration and school and community partnerships.
- Develop strategies in partnership with other officers, coordinate projects and deliver services focussed on high quality teaching practice, instructional leadership, school administration and school and community partnerships, using high level knowledge of teaching, learning, school operations and school improvement strategies.
- Contribute to research and identification of solutions to issues that impact on student outcomes and school improvement.
- Draft, write and edit plans, briefing materials, communication materials, case studies, correspondence, papers and reports on implementation strategies, projects and services.
