As the Product Owner, Manage Booking, your core responsibility is to lead and own digital products via a cross-functional squad. With a customer-centric mentality, you will define and execute a product vision, strategy and roadmap for our Manage Booking experience. In addition, you will need to be able to interpret data and develop insights with the aim of developing, supporting and continuously improving digital products within a defined customer domain.

As part of this role, you lead and guide a digital squad through the delivery of new features, enhancements, initiatives, with ultimate authority on what will be included in each sprint and accepting completed work as ‘done’ with validation from real customers and end-users.

You’ll have
- 5+ years of experience in the Digital environment, with a focus on Product ownership / development
- 2+ years of experience leading and managing a digital product team, or equivalent experience supporting Product owners in this capacity
- 2+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Product
- Strong digital Product management skills including product discovery, implementation, feature prioritisation and measurement processes
- Agile Product roadmap development
- Customer validation and testing including iteration reviews and User Acceptance Testing
- Stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Strategic mindset and ability to communicate vision
- Excellent communication skills with high emotional intelligence to help steer product development to positive outcomes
