**The Opportunity**
You’ll be joining a well-established office or team within the LMG network. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is either:

- An experienced broker looking to grow under a strong brand and support model, or
- A broker support/loan processor ready to step into a client-facing broker role with warm leads and ongoing mentoring.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with clients to understand their financial goals and secure the most suitable lending solutions
- Manage the end-to-end loan process from initial consultation to settlement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders, referral partners, and clients
- Stay across lender policies, compliance requirements, and industry developments
- Contribute to team culture and client-first service values

**Requirements**:
**What We’re Looking For**:

- Minimum **Cert IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking** (Diploma highly regarded)
- Previous experience in lending or broking - either as a broker or in broker support
- A client-first mindset with strong communication and relationship management skills
- Self-driven, accountable, and eager to grow
