We are currently seeking a motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Mortgage Broker to assist clients in securing suitable mortgage products to meet their specific needs, while ensuring compliance with industry regulations. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop valuable skills and expertise in the mortgage industry.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with senior mortgage brokers to analyze clients' financial situations and provide comprehensive mortgage advice.
- Assist clients in understanding mortgage options, terms, and conditions, ensuring clear communication throughout the process.
- Research and stay updated on market trends, interest rates, and mortgage products to provide informed recommendations to clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders and financial institutions to negotiate competitive loan terms on behalf of clients.
- Adhere to industry regulations, codes of practice, and internal policies to ensure compliance and uphold professional standards.

**Preferred Qualifications and Experience**:

- Completion of a relevant diploma or higher qualification in finance, business, or a related field is desirable. (The minimum educational requirement is a Certificate IV in Mortgage Broking)
- Previous experience in the financial services industry or mortgage sector
- Strong analytical skills to assess clients' financial situations and recommend suitable mortgage products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients and facilitate effective communication with lenders.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial calculations and documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in using mortgage-related software and tools.
- Portuguese speaker preferred

The position is based in Sydney, offering a hybrid work model that combines office-based and work-from-home arrangements. This flexible work arrangement allows for a productive and balanced work environment, contributing to your professional growth and success.

The salary for this Mortgage Broker position at Capta Financial is competitive and commensurate with experience, ranging from $70,000 to $75,000 per year.
