**Your new company**

This established, Exceeding rated centre in Ryde has low staff turn over and offers training and future career development opportunities. The owner has 2 centres and invests her time into developing quality Early Childhood practices and programs by valuing her team and offering good working conditions.

**Your new role**

As Room leader in one of the Preschool classrooms, you will create a balanced and holistic school readiness program that includes opportunities for independence, social and emotional development, nature & risky play as well as opportunities for learning outside the classroom/ centre. The centre has its own is a minibus for you to explore the local community and plan wonderfully engaging and enriching excursions for the children.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- A Diploma or ECT qualification
- Experience in a senior educator/ room leader role
- A passion for quality Early Childhood Education & Care
- The ability to program and document children's learning linked to the EYLF & NQF
