We have an opening in our team and are looking to hire a Project Supervisor to manage our projects, clients and subcontractors.

**What Will You Do In This Role?**
- Manage multiple painting projects simultaneously, meeting scheduling goals, and customer expectations and ensuring company quality standards are met.
- Create an exceptional client experience by managing the standards and communication with subcontractors.
- Ensure all our projects are produced according to the approved scope of work and colour selections.
- Identify, prepare and upsell variations whilst onsite and communicate the added value to the customer
- Attend and provide input at production meetings with the project administration team to manage risks, provide updates and conduct project assignments to available teams
- Use industry-leading cloud-based software to keep track of projects updated and migrate potential site issues
- Manage the procurement process and engage in active outreach to grow the company's production capabilities.

**Skills & Requirements**:

- Experience in WHS systems and compliance
- Experience managing teams and projects
- Experience with quality-controlling
- Experience with capturing/sending documentation electronically using a tablet or computer
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
- High level is written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service and problem solving skills
