Our client is not your typical builder. This is construction done differently – modular, design-led and factory-based. With a brand-new facility in Brisbane's south, they are seeking experienced Project Supervisors to help deliver the future of construction.

These roles are well suited to supervisors with a trade background in electrical, plumbing or carpentry who are ready to step into an innovative environment where quality, safety and teamwork come first.

What you will be doing
  • Leading factory-based teams, subcontractors and trades
  • Driving safety culture and compliance
  • Monitoring quality to ensure projects are delivered to the highest standard
  • Coordinating schedules, resources and subcontractors for smooth delivery
  • Acting as the link between design, suppliers, subcontractors and clients
  • Reporting progress to Project and Construction Managers
What you will bring
  • Proven site or project supervision experience
  • Trade qualification in electrical, plumbing or carpentry
  • Strong understanding of building codes and safety regulations
  • Ability to interpret plans and details with confidence
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • First Aid and CPR certification
