Project Site Supervisor

This role works closely with the General Manager as a predominately site-based role to ensure they are provided with both appropriate resources to meet KPI’s in line with the strategic plan and relevant professional development to meet business requirements

This role will work closely with the Construction Manager, General Manager, Site Manager, COO, CFO & Commercial Manager, to seek out and provide critical input into the development of the strategic plan and day-to-day operations when required.

This role will be responsible for maintaining high quality relationships with all levels of clients, suppliers, service providers and staff to deliver opportunities for the business and is expected to represent the company in an effective and ethical manner.

**From an operational and delivery perspective, the Project Site Supervisor will**:

- To arrange and manage regular client and consultant meetings, taking and distributing accurate minutes.
- To develop & grow client and consultant relationships through effective and regular communication.
- To identify and satisfy client’s needs on current projects.
- To obtain references and feedback on completed projects.
- Manage and monitor monthly project reports, project forecasts and control variables.
- Work with General Manager to prepare and monitor the construction program and prepare detailed finalisation.
- Monitor aspects of site administration including safety and documentation.
- Work with Operations Manager to manage subcontract procurement and administration.
- Provide projects timeline to weekly project meeting.
- Monitor and oversee Quality Assurance systems and procedure training and adherence.
- Maintain a regular presence with staff of all levels and keep open lines of communication across the business.
- Actively support company policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain harmonious work relationships between site supervisors, operators, labourers, and subcontractors.
- Work with Safety Manager to monitor site safety and proactive rectification.
- Work with Operations Manager in weekly and monthly project financial reporting.
- Build and encourage a safety conscious mindset, leading by example.

**To be successful in this role you will have experience as a Project Site Supervisor**
**within a similar company. You will have experience across the following**:

- Experience in a similar professional role in the Civil or Construction sector.
- Demonstrated success in leading multiple teams across functions and working with team leaders to achieve organisation objectives.
- Working with and influencing senior level decision makers.
- Leading multidisciplinary teams.
- Contract administration processes.
- Strong commercial expertise and strategic thinking ability.
- Understanding of various critical business functions.
- Financial Literacy and understanding of key business financial drivers.
- Proactive, positive attitude and self-motivated.
- Proven ability to motivate and lead a team and take accountability for results.
- Excellent written & verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Ability to prioritise, manage workload, and meet targets and timeframes.
- Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting ability.
