Manager Major Services Provider Strategic Services

**About the role**

The Manager, MSP Strategic Services is a key member of the MSP Governance management team, responsible for managing and supporting delivery of Team Nova MSP Services to CASG.

**Key Accountabilities**

Your responsibilities shall include but not be limited to:
**Under direction of General Manager MSP Governance**:

- Lead Team Nova representation on CASG Strategic Panels PMO (SPPMO)
- Perform and/or manage provision of Team Nova’s Strategic Partner Services in accordance with Team Nova Services Management Plan (SMP)
- Perform and/or manage provision of portfolio and service delivery-level communications with and reporting to the SPPMO.
- Perform and/or manage performance of Team Nova contribution to the SPPMO and CASG Operations Board.

**Team Supervision**

Supervise the work performance of incumbents in the following roles:

- MSP Project Support Officer
- MSP Training/Comms Support Officer

**Essential requirements**
- Australian Citizen
- Current NV1 AGSVA Security Clearance (or eligible to obtain)
- Defence experience (CASG preferred)
- Program/Project Management experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to engage collaboratively and respectfully with internal and external stakeholders at varying levels
- Ability to work independently and with limited oversight in a dynamic, ambiguous environment
- Ability to organise and prioritise workload
