**Description**:
An exciting role exists for a full-time Relationship Manager to join our fast paced and dynamic sales team.

Primarily you will be responsible for achieving the sales goals and objectives of Premium Health by marketing the full range of services that Premium Health offers to a portfolio of existing clients. This will be achieved by developing and maintaining long-term customer relationships and providing exceptional customer service to Premium Health's client base.

**Other responsibilities will include**:
Developing & maintaining relationships with clients to retain their business and increase current spend
Assist in developing and executing sales strategies in order to meet sales budgets/targets
Effectively network existing client base to identify referral opportunities
Ensuring an optimal level of service is being provided to clients at all times and continually seeking the opportunity to improve on the relationship
Managing clients and plan training to meet their specific requirements in terms of competencies, location and timing of course(s).

**Skills and Experiences**:
Does this sound like you?
- Previous experience in a telephone based marketing or sales role to Corporate clients
- Previous experience in an account management capacity
- High-level verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritise work and multi task
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure

With exceptional organisational and time management skills, you will demonstrate the ability to handle pressure well. You have high attention to detail and are able to work autonomously and unsupervised. These skills coupled with a can-do attitude and a desire to further develop your career in sales will stand you in good stead for this role.
