Looking after systems and processes you will be managing changes, trouble shooting, project management, team training/support, system testing and back-end system/template development for our Success Factors recruitment system.- In addition, you will have the opportunity to play a key role in other activities such as delivery of future system/supplier integrations, managing external suppliers and working collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders.Based at our Beautiful North Sydney head office right across the road from the train station we offer a flexible work atmosphere with the opportunity to work from home for part of the week.**About you**: - Ideally you will have some background in the Success Factors Recruiting module, but this is not essential; similar HRIS systems experience is welcome. - Experience with HR system configuration, optimisation, basic testing and troubleshooting (ideally Success Factors but not essential). - Exposure to system integration activities and project management. - Excellent communicator with the ability to translate the technical to nontechnical audiences. - A natural problem solver with an analytical mindset always thinking "how can this be done, better, easier, faster" - Exposure to a recruitment or HR environment (ideal, not essential).**About Ventia**: - Ventia is a leading infrastructure services company, operating across Australia and New Zealand.
