**Job Tasks and Responsibilities**
Reporting directly to the Project Manager the BSO's role is to coordinate and carry out the day to day administrative tasks to assist the project team in achieving company and project goals. Primary responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

- Document control activities (Creation, Submission, Distribution and storing of relevant documents)
- Onboarding of personnel (Arranging, Medicals, Inductions, Site Access, PPE, Travel)
- Maintenance of personnel records, trackers and registers
- Assist with purchasing requirements.

**Essential Skills / Qualifications**
- Qualifications in Business/Project Administration/Office Management.
- 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Demonstrated good safety record and knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety.
- Current Drivers Licence.
- High level customer relationship management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Intermediate level PC, printer, scanners, and internet skills.
- Intermediate level Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook skills.
- High efficiency and accuracy of typing and word processing.
- Experience with diary and travel management.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.

**Desirable Skills**
- Experience in utilities and/or construction and/or resources industry.
- Ability to work co-operatively and effectively both independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, solve problems, manage and meet deadlines and maintain high quality of work.
- Safe and flexible approach to carrying out required duties.
