In the role of Small Business Banker, you will join Perth South's Business Banking Team that's doubling down on customer obsession.

Each day, you'll go above and beyond to:

  • Forge powerful partnerships with business allies to unlock fresh opportunities and bring innovative solutions to life.

  • Inspire and empower by delivering impactful coaching, driving strategic actions, and exemplifying outstanding behaviours that set the standard for success across the business.

  • Expand our customer base while strengthening loyalty through strategic retention efforts.

  • Be the key driver in growing our reach and ensuring existing customers stay engaged, satisfied, and committed for the long haul.

We're looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You'll need:

  • Track record of experience across lending and navigating the credit process (preferred).

  • Exceptional business and financial acumen skills.

  • Hands-on experience in customer relationship management.

  • Strong business development and acquisition skills.
