About the Role and Key Responsibilities:
We are looking for a broker’s assistant who has a start-up mindset, high attention to detail, willingness to learn and can problem solve to be a part of our growing team.

However, we also welcome applicants with no experience as training will be provided.
**- Accounting background**
**- Fluent in both spoken and written English**
**- Cantonese or Mandarin speakers is a must.**
**- Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, and a quick learner to Project and Task Management programs such as Notion.**
- Can detail briefs of client lending requirements and ensure all background information is sourced
- Can provide responsive and quality support to the Loan Writer
- Ensure all necessary administrative and procedural tasks associated with loan writing are carried out in an efficient (e.g. Data entry), expedient and professional manner
- Ensure the business and all deals meet current industry and aggregator compliance requirements
- Can perform preliminary credit assessments and evaluating potential loan serviceability
- Can present and workshop loan structures with lenders where applicable
- Can provide timely and accurate updates to clients on file progression
- Willingness to build rapport with staff, the clients and referrers of the business
- Can actively follow up any customer enquiries efficiently and professionally
- Can deal with and report any customer issues or conflicts professionally and attentively
- Maintain knowledge of core business areas so inquiries from potential clients can be redirected or managed when required
- Will support and communicate with the client during post settlement period
- Will complete all general office administrative tasks
- Will participate in training programmes as well as internal training and courses to ensure that you have the knowledge and skills to perform your best in this role
- Will participate in provided comprehensive training

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday

- Chatswood, NSW 2067: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
