**All Seasons Finance**, offering the role - Mortgage Broker Assistant / Loan Writer. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional looking to take the next step in their career within the competitive **mortgages** industry in the vibrant commercial hub of **Chatswood, NSW**. This full-time role will see you supporting our team of brokers in providing tailored lending solutions to our diverse client base.

**What you'll be doing**
- Liaising with lenders and clients to obtain necessary information and approvals
- Maintaining client records and databases to ensure accurate and timely processing of loans
- Supporting the broader mortgage broking team with administrative tasks as required

**What we're looking for**
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a mortgage broking or similar financial services role
- Strong knowledge of mortgage products, policies, and lending procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and lenders
- Outstanding organisational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term client relationships

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
