**What does a Diversity Recruitment Coordinator do?**

No recruitment experience? No problem.** **We’ll invest our time and experience in ensuring you settle into your new role, provide the information and training you need to be successful, and let you showcase your skills. The type of work you’ll do includes:

- Assisting with screening CVs, including confirming Aboriginality for Section 50(d) roles
- Maintaining data integrity in our systems including adding and updating information
- Completing event scheduling for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander and Diversity careers events including confirming attendance, cost approvals, and event logistics.
- Managing a variety of administration and coordination tasks, ensuring a high level of customer service to your stakeholders
- Using technology to help manage your workload including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, keeping up-to-date notes and actions
- Working with a team to achieve team goals, support each other and find better ways of working
- Bringing a proactive, problem solving mind-set and can do attitude to the role.
