- Compiling purchase orders
- Corresponding with overseas suppliers (predominantly China and Vietnam)
- Checking and maintaining the accuracy of supplier reports
- Coordinating orders with suppliers
- Ensure orders are accurately allocated to shipping containers within specified timeframes
- Attend to enquiries from showrooms and warehouses
- Assist with purchasing team administration
**Qualifications**
- Good written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin is **essential**:
- Experienced and knowledgeable in exporting/importing (eg. payment terms)
- Excellent office administration experience
- A motivated self-starter with an eye for detail
- Competent using Microsoft Office software
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
