We are currently seeking a Document Controller to Work within Project Support Services (PSS). The primary focus of this role is to manage the administration of all documentation relevant to the PSS team. This a permanent full-time position based in Adelaide.
**Your main duties will include but not limited to**:

- Manage all documentation and information systems that are controlled by PSS, including maintaining the PSS Database to ensure up-to-date information is available.
- Assist with the flow and timeliness of Project requests for information for PSS.
- Manage the administration of the documents for review.
- Provide timely reporting associated with the Project Support Service.
- Additional tasks as requested by your Direct Line Manager

**To be successful in this role, you will have**:

- Sound understanding of document control principles.
- High level of computer competency and literacy.
- Results focused with the ability to identify and prioritise problems and issues, generate solutions and work collaboratively to achieve a successful outcome.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously with a high degree of motivation, energy, initiative and commitment, with the capacity to deal with multiple and often conflicting priorities.
- Demonstrated experience in managing customer service and customer expectations.
- Organisational skills.
- SAP and/or Ariba experience a benefit.

**You must be an Australian Citizen** and have the ability to maintain a Defence clearance in order to be eligible for these positions, as well as be able to pass an Australian Federal Police Check and Medical Pre-Employment Checks as required by the contract.
