_Technical skills & requirements: _
- _determining, implementing and monitoring production strategies, policies and plans_
- _planning details of production activities in terms of output quality and quantity, cost, time available and labour requirements_
- _controlling the operation of production plant and quality procedures through planning of maintenance, designation of operating hours and supply of parts and tools_
- _monitoring production output and costs, and adjusting processes and resources to minimise costs_
- _informing other Managers about production matters_
- _overseeing the acquisition and installation of new plant and equipment_
- _directing research into production methods, and recommending and implementing initiatives_
- _controlling the preparation of production records and reports_
- _coordinating the implementation of occupational health and safety requirements_
- _directing staff activities and monitoring their performance_
- To be successful in this role you require a minimum Bachelor Degree + 3 years work experience in a similar role._

**Salary**: $90,000.00 per year
