Junior Marketer

At L'épi Artisan Bakery, we believe great marketing is as much an art as our handcrafted breads and pastries. We're looking for an enthusiastic Junior Marketer to help tell our brand story on social media, assist with marketing admin, and help boost sales across our multiple locations. Strong photography and videography skills are a must

About the Role:

You will focus on the content creation and operational side of our marketing efforts, from capturing social media content and creating promotional materials to handling the practical tasks that keep our campaigns running smoothly. This is a hands-on, entry-level role perfect for someone who loves being creative, enjoys variety in their daily tasks, and wants to gain marketing experience in a supportive environment.

You'll help bring our marketing campaigns to life through content creation, poster design and distribution, event planning, and supporting day-to-day marketing administration. This role offers excellent exposure to all aspects of marketing while building fundamental skills in design, content creation, and campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Create social media content, graphics, and posts for Facebook and Instagram,

Take photos of products, store displays, and events for social media and promotional use

Create engaging short-form video content for Instagram and Tiktok

Update website content and product information on Wix, Bopple, and Uber Eats

Assist with event preparation for major events like the Balloon Festival

Support email marketing campaigns and customer database management through Marsello

Handle administrative tasks, such as scheduling social media posts and organising marketing files

Ensure promotional materials are current across all locations

Support basic data entry and reporting tasks

Help coordinate deliveries and logistics for marketing materials and event supplies

About You:

Strong photo, video and social media skills with an eye for detail

Basic design skills and familiarity with tools like Canva or similar design software

Social media savvy with a good eye for visual content

Comfortable with practical tasks like printing and organising materials

Reliable and detail-oriented, especially when handling administrative tasks and deadlines

Eager to learn and take direction while building foundational marketing skills

A team player who enjoys variety in their daily tasks and being on-site across our headquarters and multiple different bakery locations
